Dr. Pon develops inhouse training on topics such as (but not limited to) Play therapy (Child Centered Play Therapy), Sandplay therapy, Trauma informed Care, and Somatic experiencing with kids
Dr. Pon also conducts workshop for the National University of Singapore, Department of Social Work, Continuing Professional Education.

Supervision
Playheals offers individual and group clinical supervision to trainee and qualified Counselor, Social workers and Play Therapists. We can also offer support to professionals working with children and adolescents who are distressed.
We aim to offer for counseling and play therapy supervisees the space to explore their practice within a supportive relationship, using expressive arts techniques where useful. We offer support to explore clinical skills, make sense of the client’s symbolic expressions and behaviors, think through theory in relation to practice, and explore the practical issues related to practising as a Counselor or Play Therapist.
We can offer similar support to professionals working with children and adolescents, either individually or in a group setting. Using expressive arts techniques and talking, we hope to support professionals’ practice in their fields by thinking about their clients’ symbolic expressions and behaviors in relation to their life experiences, useful theory, and professionals’ own experiences of working with their clients.
Supervision is available for:
- Individual – One-on-one meeting for clinical case consultation (face to face and/or online).
- Group – Small group of 2-4 people meeting and case discussion (face to face and/or online).
- Organization/School
